Do we ship internationally?

Currently we are only shipping Australia wide (metro and regional) and working on the likes of New Zealand. International shipping is something we will look at in the future.

I've changed my mind about my order, what can I do?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. However if you would like to change the scent of the same type/sized candle, please contact us via email at Fira.candles@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchasing for a possible order altercation. We cannot guarantee scent swaps can be made due to stock availability.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

We only offer refunds on damaged products. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please see our Refund/Exchange Policy for futher information.
