Fira Candles have a flat rate of $11.99 for standard shipping. All orders over $250 are entitled to Free standard shipping. Please consider the size of our small business and that candles plus packaging are considerably heavy. This price includes the cost of packaging to safely transport your goods to your home.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be dispatched from the time of purchase as some candles are made by hand to order.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number for your order upon dispatch to track your order.

DAMAGED/LOST PACKAGES

Damage or loss in transit is rare. In the case of, please contact us to organise the return of damaged goods. Please note I do not accept change of mind returns.
