Returns/Refund policy.

Refunds

Refunds are only accepted if the product has been recieved damaged at the time of delivery. If in this circumstance, please contact us directly via email at fira.candles@gmail.com. Documentation such as dates, photos, videos and your order number are to be provided for proof of damage and to process your refund. Fira Candles takes care in securely packaging your orders however we understand couriers may not handle packages as carefully as you and I. Please report your damaged goods within 3 days of delivery. If unable to do so please contact us via email though this does not guarantee you a refund.

Refunds are not accepted if you change your mind or if you dislike the scent of the purchased item.

Exchanges

Fira Candles do not offer exchanges. However within 24 hours of purchase if you have made an error to your order please contact us via email to speak further regarding your order. We will happily swap any candles for the same type/size subject to availability.
